What paper stickers are

Paper stickers are adhesive-backed labels printed on coated paper stock. At Orange Print, we print them digitally on 80gsm mirrorkote — a smooth, coated paper with permanent adhesive backing. Common uses include product labels for short marketing campaigns, packaging seals, goody-bag labels, school-event stickers, hawker stall packaging and home-baker product tags.

Mirrorkote is the standard economy sticker stock in Singapore. It has a bright white surface that holds digital ink crisply, takes both gloss and matte finishes, and works well for indoor and short-term outdoor use. Paper stickers are the most cost-effective option in our sticker range — ideal for one-time campaigns, samples, marketing pushes, and price-sensitive runs.

Mirrorkote paper and print quality

Paper stickers at Orange Print are printed on 80gsm mirrorkote in either gloss or matte finish. Gloss mirrorkote has a smooth high-shine surface that makes colours pop — preferred for marketing labels, food packaging and branded promotional stickers. Matte mirrorkote has a subtler, less reflective surface — preferred for premium-feel labels and any application where glare is a concern.

All paper stickers ship with standard permanent adhesive as default. The adhesive bonds firmly to most clean surfaces — paper, cardboard, glass, smooth plastic and unpainted metal — and is designed for indoor use or short-term outdoor exposure. For wet, freezer or outdoor applications lasting weeks or months, our PP/PET label stickers are the better choice.

We print all paper stickers digitally — this means no plate setup fee, fast turnaround, and accurate colour reproduction even on short runs.

Kiss-cut or die-cut: which to choose

Kiss-cut stickers are cut through the top layer only, leaving the paper backing intact — multiple stickers come on one peel-off sheet. Die-cut stickers are cut through both the sticker and the backing, so each sticker is fully separated. Both options are available at Orange Print at the same price — the choice is about how you’ll use them.

Choose kiss-cut when you want multiple stickers on one easy-handling sheet — common for marketing collateral, sticker packs, classroom labels, gift-bag inserts, and any job where the sheet itself helps with organisation, mailing, or distribution. Customers peel as needed.

Choose die-cut when each sticker will be applied individually to a product, package or item — common for product labels on bottles and jars, wedding favours, premium gift packaging, candle jar seals, and any application where there’s no need to keep the sticker sheet. Die-cut delivers a cleaner, premium hand-feel with no waste paper around the sticker.

Turnaround

Standard paper sticker turnaround at Orange Print is same-day or next-working-day collection for orders printed on in-stock mirrorkote. Most orders submitted before 11 am are ready by end of business the same day. Larger orders (above 1,000 stickers) or jobs requiring stock replenishment may run into the following working day.

For rush jobs — same-day morning collection or after-hours pickup — WhatsApp us at 8438 1313 first to confirm press availability. Walk-in single-sheet jobs (1–3 stickers, 50mm or smaller) can usually be produced in 15–20 minutes during business hours if the file is print-ready on arrival.

Artwork preparation for paper stickers

Paper sticker artwork at Orange Print should be supplied as flattened PDF, Adobe Illustrator (.ai), or high-resolution PNG / JPG. Match the file dimensions to your final sticker size, including a 2mm bleed on all sides if your design extends to the edge. Embed all fonts or convert text to outlines. Use CMYK colour mode for accurate print reproduction.

Are paper stickers waterproof?

No. Paper stickers at Orange Print are printed on 80gsm mirrorkote, which is splash-resistant but not waterproof. Water exposure will eventually soften the paper and cause the print to smudge. For waterproof applications — bottle labels, freezer packs, outdoor signage — choose our PP/PET label stickers which use synthetic film and waterproof adhesive.

What’s the minimum order for paper stickers?

There is no minimum order quantity for paper stickers. The minimum order value is S$3 — small enough for a sample sheet or a test print of a single design. The price calculator handles any quantity from 1 piece upwards. Volume discounts apply automatically as your quantity increases.

Can I order custom shapes and sizes?

Yes. Orange Print produces paper stickers in any shape that fits within our 320 × 450mm maximum sheet size, including round, square, rectangle, oval, and fully custom die-cut shapes. Where do I collect my paper stickers?

Orange Print Pte Ltd is at Nordcom 2, 2 Gambas Crescent, Singapore 757044. Self-collection from our Sembawang facility — roughly 8 minutes by car from Sembawang MRT or Yishun MRT. Operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Saturday collection by appointment.

Can you deliver paper stickers across Singapore?

Yes. We arrange courier delivery across Singapore for orders that need it. Submit your delivery address through the calculator notes or contact form and we’ll quote the delivery fee with your order.
