What Label Stickers (PP) are

Label Stickers (PP) are waterproof label stickers made from polypropylene film and printed digitally on a 160gsm stock. PP is softer and more flexible than PET, which makes it the preferred choice for product labels that need to conform to curved surfaces — bottles, jars, cosmetic tubes, lip balms, and any rounded packaging where a stiffer film would crease or lift at the edges.

At Orange Print, we print PP label stickers digitally with permanent or strong adhesive, in gloss or matte finish. PP holds digital inks well, resists water and most household chemicals, and tolerates temperatures up to around 100°C. For applications above that temperature, or where you need the film to lay flat without flexing, choose our PET label stickers instead.

A recent example from our production floor: a home-based skincare brand in Singapore ordered 300 oval PP labels with strong adhesive for their refrigerated facial mist range. File approved Tuesday afternoon, labels ready for collection Wednesday morning. They reorder monthly as new SKUs launch.

Sizes and pricing

PP label sticker pricing varies by size and quantity. There is no minimum order quantity — the minimum order value is S$3. Maximum print area per sheet is 320 × 450mm. Use the price calculator above to enter your sticker shape, size and quantity for an instant quote with volume discounts applied automatically.

For custom sizes above 320 × 450mm, rolled labels, or mixed-size orders, WhatsApp us at 8438 1313 — we quote within the same working day.

PP film and print quality

PP (polypropylene) label stickers at Orange Print are printed on 160gsm film — available in gloss or matte finish. Gloss makes branded product labels pop with vivid colour reproduction. Matte gives a subtler, more premium feel and is preferred for skincare and cosmetics. Both are tear-resistant, water-resistant, and conform smoothly to curved surfaces without lifting at the edges.

We offer two adhesive types for PP stickers. Permanent adhesive is the default — bonds firmly to bottles, jars, cosmetic packaging and most clean surfaces; designed to stay put for the product’s shelf life. Strong adhesive is the upgrade option for chilled and frozen products — maintains bond strength down to −20°C and survives condensation cycles. Specify which you need in the order notes or via WhatsApp.

All PP stickers are printed digitally on our in-house press. No plate setup fee, no minimum quantity, accurate colour reproduction from short runs upwards. For applications needing higher heat tolerance, sharper dimensional stability, or crystal-clear transparency, see our PET label stickers. For short-term indoor use, packaging seals, marketing campaigns or any job where waterproofing isn’t required, our Paper Stickers (Mirrorkote) on 80gsm coated paper are the more economical option.

Kiss-cut or die-cut: which to choose

Kiss-cut stickers are cut through the top layer only, leaving the paper backing intact — multiple stickers come on one peel-off sheet. Die-cut stickers are cut through both the sticker and the backing, so each sticker is fully separated. Both options are available at Orange Print at the same price — the choice is about how you’ll use them.

Choose kiss-cut when you want multiple stickers on one easy-handling sheet — common for marketing collateral, sticker packs, classroom labels, gift-bag inserts, and any job where the sheet itself helps with organisation, mailing, or distribution. Customers peel as needed.

Choose die-cut when each sticker will be applied individually to a product, package or item — common for product labels on bottles and jars, wedding favours, premium gift packaging, candle jar seals, and any application where there’s no need to keep the sticker sheet. Die-cut delivers a cleaner, premium hand-feel with no waste paper around the sticker.

There is no price difference between kiss-cut and die-cut at Orange Print — both use the same digital cutter. Specify your preference in the order notes or WhatsApp us at 8438 1313 if you’re unsure which is right for your job.

Turnaround

Standard PP label sticker turnaround at Orange Print is same-day or next-working-day collection for orders on in-stock film. Most orders confirmed before 11 am are ready by end of business the same day. Strong adhesive jobs may take an extra working day if the film needs to be drawn from reserve stock.

For rush jobs — same-day morning collection or after-hours pickup — WhatsApp us at 8438 1313 first to confirm press capacity. We can usually accommodate urgent small orders within 2–4 hours during business hours if the file is print-ready on arrival.

Who orders Label Stickers (PP) from us

Home-based skincare brands, small-batch cosmetics makers, home-baker product lines using bottle and jar packaging, herbal product sellers, F&B brands selling sauces and oils, and contract manufacturers producing client product lines. PP is the standard choice for any application where the label wraps around a curved surface and needs to flex without lifting.

“Tried sticker shop after sticker shop — everyone gave me paper and it kept peeling off my facial oil bottles. Orange Print recommended PP with strong adhesive, and they’ve stayed perfectly on for months.”

— Home-based skincare brand, Singapore

Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between kiss-cut and die-cut stickers?

Kiss-cut stickers are cut through the top layer only, leaving the paper backing intact — multiple stickers come on one peel-off sheet for easier handling, mailing and distribution. Die-cut stickers are cut through both the sticker and the backing, so each sticker is fully separated and ready to apply individually. Both options are priced the same at Orange Print and use the same digital cutter on the same machine.

Should I choose gloss or matte PP, and can I get strong adhesive on either finish?

The choice between gloss and matte PP is purely a look-and-feel decision — gloss gives a vivid, branded finish that makes colours pop and is popular for F&B and household product labels, while matte gives a softer, more premium hand-feel preferred for skincare, cosmetics and gift packaging. Both finishes use the same 160gsm polypropylene film and both can be paired with our strong adhesive, which maintains bond strength down to −20°C and is suitable for chilled or frozen storage environments. Specify your finish and adhesive choice in the order notes or via WhatsApp.

When should I choose PP instead of PET?

Choose PP (polypropylene) when your label needs to wrap around a curved surface like a bottle, jar, tube or rounded jar lid. PP is softer and more flexible, which means it conforms smoothly without lifting at the edges. Choose PET when you need a stiffer, more dimensionally stable film for flat packaging, freezer applications, shipping labels, or any use case requiring higher heat tolerance.

Are PP label stickers waterproof?

Yes. PP (polypropylene) film is naturally water-resistant and our digital inks bond to the film surface without smudging when wet. PP label stickers at Orange Print are suitable for bottle labels, jar labels, cosmetic packaging, condensation-exposed products, and short-term outdoor applications. For longer outdoor or UV exposure beyond 6 months, ask us about additional lamination options via WhatsApp.

What’s strong adhesive and when do I need it?

Strong adhesive is a specialised glue that maintains bond strength at temperatures down to −20°C, where standard permanent adhesive can become brittle and detach. Use strong adhesive for any product going into chilled or frozen storage — bottled drinks, ice cream tubs, frozen meal packs. Specify “strong adhesive” in your order notes or via WhatsApp.

What’s the minimum order for PP label stickers?

There is no minimum order quantity. The minimum order value is S$3 — suitable for sample runs or small test batches. The price calculator handles any quantity from 1 piece upwards. Volume discounts apply automatically as quantity increases. This is a real advantage for home-based brands testing a new product launch without committing to bulk inventory.

Where do I collect my PP label stickers?

Orange Print Pte Ltd is at Nordcom 2, 2 Gambas Crescent, Singapore 757044. Self-collection from our Sembawang facility — roughly 8 minutes by car from Sembawang MRT or Yishun MRT. Operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Saturday collection by appointment. We also arrange courier delivery across Singapore on request.
