At our printing company, we strive to provide seamless service from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. Here’s what you need to know once your order is print-ready:
Shipping and Delivery
1) Production and Shipping
- Once your order is print-ready, our production team will coordinate with a third-party courier to ship out your order promptly.
2) Delivery Timeline
- While we aim for timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee the exact day you will receive your order. Typically, delivery takes between 2 to 5 days.
3) Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are included in your order unless otherwise stated.
Upon Receiving Your Order
4) Inspecting Your Package
- Upon receiving your package, please inspect it to ensure it is in good condition.
- If you notice any damage to the packaging, please take multiple photos before opening it.
- After opening, take photos of the contents as well.
Please fill up the form below and we will report the issues to the courier service on your behalf. However, we seek your understanding as investigations may take some time.

Handling Damages and Concerns
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, there are factors beyond our control. We request that you refrain from shouting, demanding compensation, or threatening our staff, as this situation is equally frustrating for us.
Our Commitment
What we can promise is that if the issue lies with the courier, we will seek compensation and arrange for a reprint of your order. If you cannot wait for the reprint, you may place a new order at your own cost. Should the investigation turn out in your favor, we may credit the amount back to your eWallet.
