Standard production is 5–7 working days for up to 25 pieces, with roughly one extra working day for every additional 25 pieces. Need it sooner? Artwork is free. Not print-ready? Tell us what you need and our team will design your stamp and send a proof for approval before printing, at no extra charge. When placing your order, please include your company name and UEN number in the Remarks field (and attach your logo if you have one) so we can lay out your stamp correctly. Prefer to supply your own file? Upload a print-ready file (up to 20MB) at checkout, or paste a download link for larger files, allowing 1 mm bleed and keeping important elements at least 2 mm inside the trim edge.

Choose the right size: Ensure your artwork matches the final print size. Common sizes include A4, A5, or custom dimensions. Use our size templates if available.
Include bleed: Extend your artwork 2mm beyond the trim edge to account for any slight cutting errors.
Set margins: Keep important content at least 5mm away from the trim line to avoid it being cut off.
